POSITION TITLE: Project Manager

POSITION DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS: 

Duties:

Oversees all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination.

The detailed duties are as follows:

• Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications;
  
• Develop project schedules and milestones (e.g., critical path method);
  
• Coordinate pre-construction activities, such as bidding, permitting, and buyout;
  
• Prepare and manage the project budget and cost control;
  
• Approve purchase orders, change orders, and invoices;
  
• Track job costs and prepare monthly pay applications;
  
• Studying and determining needed resources, material flow, equipment and manpower to finish with attention to budgetary limitations;
  
• Monitor and update the construction schedule regularly;
  
• Coordinate inspections and testing with AHJs and consultants;
  
• Track delays and coordinate mitigation strategies;
  
• Ensure punch list completion, final inspections, and turnover packages.
  

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  
• 12 months of experience in the construction industry.
  
• Familiarity with OSHA and LEED requirement.
  
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Auto CAD / Bluebeam.
  
• Use of Procore, PlanGrid, or equivalent platforms.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of structural systems, engineering principles, project scheduling, and code compliance.
  

RATE OF PAY: $85,613 yearly salary
